These cookies are sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, soy flour (can be substituted with more wheat flour, bran, or oatmeal), cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, salt, margarine, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, applesauce, raisins, walnuts
Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.
